New boots are one of those things that lonly ook new for about an hour. Its unbelievable how much money is spent on boots that you will just go out and thrash everyday. New boots are difficult for me cause I like to take good care of the things I have so the idea of taking a prefecture good boot out on a construction site is almost painful. So much so that I delayed buying new boots for months. I rubbed them down with a concoction of pine tar, mink oil, and beeswax for good measure.
So I'm a little crazy. So what!

How often do you have to get new boots? These look so awesome, but also so sturdy. Hard to believe they will EVER wear out. TODAY they look NICE!! Love that mink oil!
